Rates & Fixed Prices
We said transparent pricing, and we meant it. Here’s the method we use to quote your work.
Assuming we’re suitable and an in-person quote has been arranged, we determine several key factors simultaneously. These include the expertise and competency required, the maximum time needed to complete the task, any expenses that may be incurred, safety and regulatory requirements, and ultimately whether our pricing aligns with your perceived value.
Our base rate for all engagements is $88.00 per hour. This may increase up to $150.00 per hour where expenses are higher, equipment usage is extensive, or additional risk factors are present.
For basic property care requirements, we can often apply our base rate of $88.00 per hour and proceed on an hourly basis, with a set limit based on how much work you wish to commit to.
Alternatively, we may provide a fixed quote based on the factors outlined above and the total scope of work discussed. This involves making informed estimates, establishing clear data points, and documenting your instructions so we can proceed at a fixed price that does not vary.
Fixed pricing accounts for both known and unknown variables and will typically be higher than an equivalent hourly rate.
We may choose either option at our discretion; however, we are open to sharing our internal reasoning where appropriate.
Quote Validity
This is your window to engage with our services.
Your quote may remain valid for up to 30 days, during which time we aim to provide prompt service and schedule a commencement date.
Beyond this period, work conditions may change and the quoted scope may vary. This may require either a reissue of the original quote or a revised quote reflecting updated conditions.
Please refer to the expiry date listed on your provided quote.
Customer Satisfaction
The 48 hours following our visit are a crucial period for you as a customer.
If anything does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us so we can review and address the issue promptly.
We’re happy to discuss expected outcomes and the results you’re likely to see over varying timeframes. Tasks such as weed spraying, fertiliser application, and plant growth often fall outside this 48-hour window.
If you’re unsatisfied or genuinely believe we’ve made a mistake, we encourage you to raise your concerns within this 48-hour period.
Get a Quote
You inform us of your interest in our services. We evaluate your requirements verbally or via text exchange and ascertain an objective. If we’re suitable and the task is within our scope, we can proceed to a scheduled, obligation-free quote.
This involves a 30-60 minute consultation at no cost, conducted on-site and in person. We may be available in your area for a quote within the same day you contact us.
If a quote has been arranged, we encourage you to have a written list for reference and clearly outlined objectives for our visit. This information may be requested in advance to schedule your quote, so please have relevant details available.
Is 30 minutes not enough to discuss your situation or establish a clear path forward? We can extend this to 1 hour where we deem the required work to be of sufficient projected value and your interest is firm.
For larger projects, we offer paid consultations. Eligible clients may have this fee waived if the work proceeds.
