Insurance Coverage
JB Property Care maintains $20 million public liability insurance. This provides coverage in the unlikely event that accidental property damage or injury occurs while work is being carried out.
Maintaining appropriate insurance is an important part of operating responsibly within the property maintenance industry and helps provide reassurance for both the client and the business.
Clients are welcome to request confirmation of insurance coverage if required.
Service Agreement
As with any professional business operating within this scope of work, there is potential for risk, ambiguity around responsibilities, and genuine human misinterpretation. In line with our commitment to transparency, we provide a full copy of our standard Service Agreement.
